Cellphones are a great technology. If it wasn't invented we wouldn't be able to call or text people right away. However people with cellphones nowadays carry their cellphone and use it everywhere and anytime they want. They use it in churches, during seminars and lectures, in private meetings and everywhere they aren't suppose to be using. People have learned manners since they were young from Do not talk, when your mouth is full or Do not point at people because it is rude but why don't they ever use these when using their cellphones? Honestly, cellphones were used so you can talk or text conveniently but not when you are at church or at school. People take advantage of their cellphones. People drive and talk with their cellphone when they are driving which is totally dangerous because it can trigger an accident, students text each other during classes and test which is cheating and disrespect to the teacher, and people just call other people during unnecessary times which is RIDICULOUS. I think there are specific times or places when you can use your cellphone. 5 rules that I think that are necessary to follow when using cellphones are: People with headsets shouldn't talk to loud because it can disturb people's train of thoughts and quiet surroundings. People should not talk or text when in places such as church or school unless emergency. People should be aware of the place and the time when using their cell phones. People should turn off or put their phone in vibrate when they are at special places. People in general with cellphones shoudn't talk loud because this can disturb people's personal space and it is not right and people should only use their cellphones when necessary. These rules should be followed to make sure that people have cellphone manners because it does matter to most people. Therefore, I think people should think more about where and when to use their cellphones. Thank you:)
